Drunken Debauchery Web Design was founded in 2004 as a part time hobby of Independent Clothing Designer Shayna Westfall.

Since Shayna enjoyed building & maintaining her clothing website Enlightened Libra Creations & websites like Myspace & LiveJournal , she decided to help others with their website needs in a freelance capacity .
